“Stanbrook Abbey undeniably offers a unique experience, transformed from a monastery while thoughtfully retaining many original architectural features. The staff seems genuinely dedicated, and the setting across 26 acres creates a relaxing escape near attractions like the Malvern Hills. It's a stylish choice for weddings or anyone seeking a tranquil getaway with character.”

quiet hotel suite upgrade balcony view helpful staff
we benefited from a three day offer that included champagne our first evening. afternoon tea arrived on the second evening and a three course meal came to us on the third evening. the hotel had a romantic quietness which allowed a wonderful suite upgrade, complete with a balcony facing the grounds. the staff was helpful and added to the overall experience.
the website did not accurately reflect all available facilities and i was surprised that the hotel bar wasn't open during the week.

Meg at reception explained everything clearly. She always wore a smile. guy took our bags up to our room. he was smiling and explained everything in the room. It had air conditioning. we received alcohol-free beer and loads of fruit juice because we don't drink alcohol. the staff tried their best to. the grounds were fine. We had lots to walk around. breakfast was fresh and cooked on the spot. service was great, thanks to ellie and gracie! dinner at george's bar was lovely. lewis, rob, and kevin looked after us well.

breakfast was fresh. organic ingredients and the filling full english were served! the menu was quite extensive and the restaurant service was good. we enjoyed the curried toffee popcorn muchly though the wine at the bar was overpriced.
